The Bhunjun Group comprises several subsidiaries namely, Bhunjun & Sons Ltd, Bhunjun Properties Ltd, Betonix Ltd, Fine Crush Ltd, Fine Holidays Ltd, offering interrelated services in the construction and real estate development so as to ensure efficiencies, professionalism and quality at all stages of the supply chain.

 

From production of construction materials like rocksand, aggregates, building blocks, ready-mixed concrete, to real estate development and construction management, we offer integrated solutions to our clients and position ourselves as a ‘one-stop-shop’ for project development.

Fine Holidays Ltd is the investment arm of the Bhunjun group and is strongly founded on the core values of the group. The investment approach is primarily to invest in a wide portfolio of companies related to our core expertise and to work together with the executive management as well as other shareholders towards a common goal thus creating value over time by building profitable businesses.


In 2003, massive investment was carried out in the tourism sector through the construction and project development of the high class 5 star Hotel resort Voile d’Or Resort and Spa at Bel Ombre.


In 2008 investment was made in the prestigious business hotel situated in the prime location of Ebene Cybercity which has been operated by the world famous Four Points Sheraton until the beginning of 2011.


Considerable investment have also been made through the acquisition of 25 Hectares of land on the magnificent site of La Tourelle du Tamarin mountain where the most challenging IRS project comprising high luxury villas and apartments will be undertaken for the tune of US$100m.
