New Projects
New Stone Crushing & Concrete Batching Plant, Nouvelle France
In 2010, the company opened a second manufacturing unit at Nouvelle France in order to service customers of the south of the island more efficiently and faster.
The new production unit comprise a stone crushing and concrete batching plant. With this new manufacturing unit the Group plans to tap on the new business opportunities in the South with the emergence of new residential zones, hotels and IRS in the region.
La Tourelle Ocean View Residence, Tamarin
Among the most challenging projects that is being undertaken by the Group is an RES project in Tamarin comprising luxury apartments set out on a magnificent site on the hill side of La Tourelle du Tamarin Mountain. The magnificent apartments offer far reaching views of the ocean, mountain range, and colourful neighbourhood.
La Tourelle Ocean View Residence comprises of 30 luxury apartments with spectacular ocean view. The apartments erected on an estate of 4 acres will comprise of a swimming pool, a gym and a hammam for the wellbeing of the residents.
